In light of the seriousness of the implications arising out of the Article entitled “INIX Technologies’ application to supply Covid-19 vaccines yet to be received by NPRA” (“the misleading and damaging statement”) published by The Edge Markets on its online portal at 9:00 am on Wednesday (January 20, 2021), INIX Technologies Holdings Berhad (“the Company”) has instructed its lawyer to seek appropriate legal recourse which shall include a demand from the author and the publisher of the article to retract the misleading and damaging statement and to publish an appropriate apology and clarification. The Company will also seek an undertaking that the author and publisher of the article shall not repeat the statements in any form. In the meantime, the Company shall reserve all the rights whatsoever.

Seems like something about going to take legal action towards the egde announcement earlier about vaccine news.
