they catch those daily trader with wanted to play at high volume ... fund managers wont invest 1 now... due to no actual factory or plan to manufacturing oil ...
From the financial statements, the co is doing absolutely well with huge cash pile and making huge profits.. NTA = 0.18. TP with 40% discount = 0.17.... but share price 0.075... wtf...
Current price of 0.075 looks attractive. If include cost of 1/2 warrants, the total cost would be less than RM0.09, 30% cheaper than before ex-bonus of RM0.13!!!
"Based on the terms of the Share Sale Agreement (SSA) signed for the RTO, its major shareholder, Testa Holdings Ltd (Testa) has committed to a profit guarantee sum of 135 million renminbi (equivalent to approximately RM74.14 million) for each of the three financial FY13, FY14 and FY15. The profit guarantee is secured by Testa depositing 675 million XingHe shares into a securities account operated by a trustee company"
I know this is an excerpt from an old news, but hey, the financials are looking good, why sell it cheap? i'm holding mine. Plus, would they pay dividend this year?
We can get the answers during AGM. My entry price is 9 cent. If lower, i'll buy some more to get lower average. btw, being a sad banana, is there anyway i can look for this company website? i'm eager to look for their annual report. anybody kind enough to help?
