In this group, there are value investors who are discerning individuals and can accept logical arguments. Then there are the momentum investors who use charts and really have no clue of the company. No right or wrong but I tend to favour value investing in this counter. Looking forward to the next round of dividends.
Assuming all warrants are eventually converted to mother. NOSH should be around 600 m. Assuming this company delivers an annual profit going forward of 60 m/annum consistently, easy I think. Then, even at $1 per share, the return is 10% for your investment if you buy in at $1 per share. I cannot think of many companies achieving this. That's why we are lucky to be in this counter. It's just my back of the envelope calculation. I am not a finance person!
@HamsterHuat If they sold below 5%, they need to declare that they sold. From then, they no longer need to declare if they sell. Look at KWAP in Serba Dinamik. They might have sold even more but they don't need to declare.
Esceram has always been a mid-term hold..look at other counters like Hextar and Optimax both are around 1.5-1 6, this counter will also be around that range eventually..good company good cash flow..
shrewdinvestor, how you came up with this 60 m/annum theory?

@sanjanx, no need to be rude bro. I said going forward , potential 15 m/quarter is no problem with all the demand for formers. It's realistic, If you want definitive, I advise you to put your money in FD at 1.5% returns per annum. Clear?
if QR so good why no director buy in? HLT QR was good and didnt move instead it slumped...Need volume in when QR come if not no matter how good it will not reflect because market is down on GLOVES.
@sanjanx, PBT last Q ending Feb 2021 was RM 10 m at capacity 300 k pcs/month. With current expansion to be completed by year end, capacity will be 1m pcs/month. That was my basis of RM 15 m PBT/quarter= 60 m /annum will not be an issue going forward . Perhaps even more? Realistic?
explain which part of my message was rude? I simply asked you a question lesser then 10 words and you went up until schooling me for FD rates?

This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
