not a smart move to consolidate shares by lumping 10 shares into one. usually it should be the other way around to encourage people to buy more shares of the company since the price will become more attractive i.e. "lower". KNM was doing the same a few years back, i.e. consolidate 4 shares into 1.

typical of company owners. Do share consol.. share price drop and slowly corner stock by timing with poor or sudden financial losses. when the share base is small, then slowly goreng with a smaller share base, more sustainable and lower money needed
