Mr Yun-fat, you may refer with your INARI. Does vendor send in machine to let KC use it in production line without pay a single cent. Equipment vendor say they trust him will pay.
There is a very famous good food, good life company. You also can check with their vendor how the billing work. What is their vendor program? Maybe you can refer to good food, good life CCC on their audited financial account. You can share with us your finding.
You just need to read the Greatec financial report to know how greatec generate FCF. By collecting money before goods deliver to customers. Wherease Genetec not even have contract liabilities in their book.
Customer makes a payment, so the company need to make journal entry by debiting cash RM XX million and credit contract liabilities RM XX million as the goods not yet deliver to customer.
Mr Yun-fat, may I suggest you to check with INARI on how they pay vendor? You should have a word with KC to understand this industry. I check your background in i3investors - you should able to do a channel check with INARI.
Back to GREATECH, do you know who's their major customer? Who's EK Tan target customer? When EK was supplying to Customer L, it is a very prudent move to ask for deposit and cash.
As far as I know, EK is working his way to enter into Customer T supply chain and he will have to agree with Customer T CCC. I am happy when EK can get his hand into T. BY that time, I will have one more investment target. In the meantime, there is no good news yet. It is not easy to supply to Customer T as far as I know. EK have been finding his way.
Very simple, if don't want to trade or invest in Genetec, u can invest in many other counters that always give bonus issues, dividends, and daily business that people need.. If you think Genetec is to gamble, and please don't similar Serba with Genetec. SD has too many scandals and simply has many companies chopped, which shows it's a bloody scam.. But being backed up by a scammer too.. So, trade or invest at your own risk
By the way if your vendor is your neighbor like vitrox then your payment term will be different. But when your customers are in thailand and north amerika then are you ready to ship out your engineering equipments without any payment in hand?
Mr Yun-fat, let settle GREATECH first before you move into VITROX. Vitrox supply to INARI is insignificant.
Previously, you are comparing GREATECH - Customer L vs GENE - Customer T. Please check with EK Tan what will be his payment term when he able supply to Customer T. I know it not happen yet, but the talking is in progress.
I can only say Genetec account look and sound very fishy and fact is it only take customer to default on payment due to and not limit to performance dispute and etc to cause Genetec into bankruptcy.
So are you saying you only got one customerT or all your other customers also you do not required downpayment and part-payment before shipment?
“He is changing the way how battery manufacturing is done,” Shirley Meng told Reuters. “It’s really, really difficult to manufacture at a speed and at scale.” Meng is a University of Chicago professor who previously worked with Maxwell, a battery technology company acquired by Tesla.
The factory equipment for in-house battery manufacturing like this, Musk said, “doesn’t exist. It’s being made.”
Walsh also shared some thoughts on Tesla’s Gigafactory Texas, which he noted was extremely impressive.
“I’ll tell you he’s built an amazing facility there. Ten million square feet. It’s one of the biggest buildings I’ve seen and it’s challenging building. He built it on basically a landfill, so we talked about that. You know, the culture of how he thinks about a company. So we just we touched a lot of different issues.
Rm4.80 is from professional analyst. I have no idea how he work out the number.
When stock price reach RM4.80, GENE market cap should be around MYR 3.2B market cap.
What I am sure is I won't be SELLING GENE with MYR3.2B.
I think MYR 3.2B is way too cheap if we able to deliver as per plan. You can argue - If we fail, it might worth nothing. I believe we will success and help everyone to move to better future.
Give GENE another few years and we will see. I hope we can achieve the plan as presented on the Battery Day. When we have to deliver 10-12 figure order book per year, how much should you price GENE market cap? please enlighten me.
9 months end 31-12-21. Revenue: RM 164.8 million Trade receivables: RM 146.1 million Other receivables: RM 16.1 million Inventories: RM 43.9 million. Current liabilities RM 117 million.
Talk is cheap when all your 9 months revenue of RM 164.8 million is mostly record as IOU trades re eivables of RM146 million.
Give GENE another few years and we will see. I hope we can achieve the plan as presented on the Battery Day. When we have to deliver 10-12 figure order book per year, how much should you price GENE market cap? please enlighten me.
Maybe someone need to enlighten us how and when Genetec going to deliver order book of RM 1 billion-100 billion per year?
As U.S. automakers make bold long-term commitments to electrify their fleets, there may not be enough lithium-ion batteries to go around in the short-term. While China dominates the battery manufacturing supply chain, and Europe is working to catch up, the U.S. still lags far behind. As batteries become a matter of energy independence and national security, here’s what the U.S. can do to catch up.
Analysts estimate that the size of the EV battery industry will grow to around $70 billion by 2025, and there’s a number of innovative battery start-ups trying to grab a piece of the pie. One of these companies, Cuberg, is making lithium-metal batteries, which it says will be twice as energy dense as standard lithium-ion, and could therefore help electric vehicles become cheaper and more efficient. Because Cuberg’s tech is largely compatible with existing lithium-ion manufacturing processes, it has the potential to scale quickly. And if it does, we could see lithium metal batteries powering small planes and electric vehicles within the decade.
Elon Musk announced that Tesla was getting into the energy business in 2015, and now it’s betting that it will become increasingly important for the company. In 2020, it surpassed 3 gigawatt hours of energy storage deployments in a single year, largely due to the popularity of Megapack, its utility-scale battery product. CNBC visited PG&E’s Tesla Megapack site in Moss Landing, California and learned why energy storage systems like Tesla’s could be everywhere in a future of renewable power.
Energy is also coming from unlikely sources. Bioo is generating electricity from the organic matter in soil and creating biological batteries to power agricultural sensors, a growing $1.36 billion global market. Eventually, Bioo envisions a future where biology could help to power our largest cities.
When someone non stop come out with so money articles to promote Genetec, you should know the collecting phase is over and the distribution/dump phase start.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
