Cheap does not mean good expensive does not mean no good. Main thing is the value we buy. Sumatec less than 1 cent suspended. Nestle 100 ringgit over still ok. Hope the company can generate profit.
I am more interested in the tenancy agreement. The building under construction, tenancy can be confirmed?
Tenancy details:-
"3.1 DEMISED PREMISES The demised premises are part of the ground floor encompass about 10,000 to 12,000 square feet at The Arch, Kuala Lumpur, Negeri Wilayah Persekutuan (hereinafter called “Demised Premises”).
3.5 TERM AND RENTAL The Landlord hereby demises unto the Tenant the Demised Premises for a term of three (3) years commencing on the 1st August 2022 until 30th July 2025 at the monthly rental of Ringgit Malaysia Thirteen (RM13-00) per square feet only subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement.
The Agreement is expected contribute positively to the Company’s future earnings, earnings per share and enhance the consolidated net assets of the Company while the Group’s gearing will depend on, amongst others, the manner of funding for the Agreement."
My calculations: Assume 10,000 sq.ft x RM13 x 12 months = RM1.56 mil a year in rental income.
This RM1.56 mil is not much, at least helps to ensure success of the development. Another plus point is location, once construction at the surrounding area is completed, F&B business will be good.

@KLLee_0110, hahaha, gud news is for u to buy some more n keep for 1yr to 2 yrs for d price to touch 14c (near term) or maybe back to 70c! Focus D is very different from other penny stocks n they hv invested in Pasukhas, KLK, GOcean, etc which hv businesses that will recovered n performed given more patience n time!
KLLee_0110 Every time is a good news but the share prices keep dropping or stagnant. Last yr oct RM2.65 now rm0.045 share split after that keep dropping until now.

BLee: Hi Bro KLLee_0110, not consolidation, the opposite which is split. Please see announcement extracted below:-
"On behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities wishes to announce that Bursa Securities had, vide its letter dated 5 August 2021, rejected the Proposed Share Split, in view that the price of Focus Shares as at 29 July 2021 is RM0.045 and the Proposed Share Split, if approved and implemented, would result in an adjusted price of RM0.015 post Proposed Share Split."
The rejection bcos after any share split shall be at least priced at RM0.20; price dropped below this value after some investors decided to monetize their holding.
Another investor increased their holding almost up to the Mandatory General Offer (MGO) limit. This show their confidence in Focus D as they did not follow the monetize path.
Which path to follow is up to individual investor. I only invested in Focus D-PA, and feel very confortable as periodically moved into paper gain region..waiting for any positive move.
