One more important infos to recognized the loss on disposal of Chinese subsidiary about 3M USD in 3rd Q report.
Why the share prices got power to move up before results ?
I think some big guys like OTB/KYY gangs got some stuck stocks, so pump up to dispose.

I still very like to keep 0128 into my portfolio but just not right timing and the price on margin of safety.

Because they have to recognized the LOSS of the disposal in 3rd Q results.
The initial cost of Chinese subsidiary was about $4M USD and they get rid it with $90k USD.

Frontkn is a good company,the Germany boss still tunning the business.I still look forward to buy in the shares after results is out.

Frontkn losing money for 2 straight quarters. The signs already there with insider Shukeri bin Hitam selling. If you like cash rich companies consider China companies eg Xinghe(6.5 sen yet dividend paying), Kanger(profitable) or asset rich Msports.

Hold it and wait. It's a international company, they don't go awry that easy.
Revenue for 9 months ended 30 September 2015 increase of approximately RM7.9 million (3.9%) compared to the preceding year.
However profit before tax shows a decline due to expenses from the ATB
project in the current quarter.

ATB is S$34.5mil (RM110.6mil) contract from ATT Tanjung Bin Sdn Bhd to be the main contractor for a facility in Tanjung Bin, Johor
