Frontken Corp Bhd’s stakeholder CP Asia Holding GMBH is currently a substantial securities holder in the company as it hold 0.29 billion shares or 27.75% of the company. According to its exchange filing to Bursa Malaysia last Friday, the total integrated engineering solutions has acquired the shares through married trade as on June 23, 2015.
