By 2hour time frame the divergence forming so my opinion dgsb will rise to 0.11 and down again. I said I GUESS! prepair to hold tight and got extra money like me can add more.

0.09 cent is for illustration purpose.... I am not sure why you think that the PP is at 0.09. This announcement is meant to explain to those newbie who does not know what PP is or how it derived because one of the listing requirements is transparent for any issuance of shares that will dilute the shareholding of the existing shareholders.
