Successful in getting Order for Stay of Execution against the company 4. Sumatec 4Q net loss down 98%, records zero revenue. Positive report in May/June? 5. TSHS sold most of his shares but who bought them? 6. Based on last year report, Sumatec want to exit PN17 in 2019....or maybe exit Bursa totally? 7. Sumatec lodges police report against ex-director over alleged misconduct
WINDING UP PETITIONS AGAINST SUMATEC RESOURCES BERHAD BY MALAYSIAN TRUSTEES BERHAD, KERISMA BERHAD, CAPONE BERHAD AND PRIMA UNO BERHAD that it had on 8.3.2019 informed the Court that it will apply to discharge the appointment of the Official Receiver as the Interim Liquidator. This application is on the footing, amongst others, that the underlying judgment upon which the appointment was made has been stayed by the Court of Appeal on 21.2.2019.
Next week Mar'19 qtr going to end. Got oil to korek? If none again 0 revenue qtr like last 2 qtrs?

they still have the business and good revenue.. but the directors (Halim n Talib) dont want to pay hutang, thats why not dare to not declare tio bursa .. hutang by CoG, MELL and Borneio Eng.. all got >400mil debt to Sumatec.
and u die before you reach there.. knowing halim and talib will burn the ship to ashes..to dispose the record of hutang >400 million to sumatec from their companies.
the only chance to survive, to kick this two con man from sumatec ! let the new ceo to recover hutang from MELL, Borneo and CoG.

What if the company winds up, can the company still recover from these two crooks?
If their business is still good, why somebody do not want to take over the business since the share price is so cheap?
