Less than 2 billion cash supporting 8.3 billion borrowings on the balance sheet. I think OR subscribers were gambling on short-term profits, because it seemed like 'sure $' when the price was 2.80+.

@hng33 if I read it correctly from the prospectus , the bonus shall be credited on the basis of 2 Bonus for every 5 BHB shares held after the completion of the RI, meaning it is already Ex Bonus.

You better go back and re-read again....2 for every 5 bonus AFTER the completion of right issue.....meaning.....Boustead proposal involve 2 steps, first right share, then bonus share...all subscriber sight share and exiting shareholder, all entitle to upcoming bonus share

Those who buy the company shares now will be eligible for the bonus issue, as long as you still hold the shares as of the entitlement date which will be announced later. Now just wait for company to announce the BI entitlement date.
