sarawak election is just around the corner, lots of project such as government building, road and infra being executed. all need cement. thats what i heard from contractor friends and saw on newspaper.
State Government has enough buffer... to proceed. of course some project are under federal might delay a bit. but to win, state government need to come out some budget to improve the infra and project sure jalan
State government has enough funds for a lot of upcoming projects which the state does not require federal funding. CMSB is deemed to go up eventually, the sell down is a happy pickup for many smart investors...
The definition of smart investors is those who buy low and sell high and not the other way round... It might goes down further but who the hell know? You have the option to cut loss should it reached your threshold... Nonetheless election or not, federal budget or not, CMSB still the key player is cement and construction sector in the State...
I thing those who are asking to sell wants to but it on a low.. maybe they just sold their shares.,its definately a good strategy, i honestly think the company is on an uptrend after 3 month downtrend for somewhere near RM 2 to RM 1.08.. I believe its going up back tp somewhere there come march or may.. for long terms its good investment .. secure knowing the election is coming and alot of project are going to come cmsb way (hopefully) .. we know the fundamental are good.. the thing is right know the technical chart is showing cmsb as a buy n uptrend mode..
