Property market has yet to recover due to tightening of bank loan, have to wait until property market recover and overvalue. I am able to wait for 3 years but if market recover tomorrow, then will sell tomorrow.
Maybe the major shareholder sees great hidden value in the company and that's why it's prepared to pump in more money and assets into the company. Otherwise it could have just sold its assets to the company by draining the existing cash pile plus bank borrowing without the proposed rights issue.

Guys, so any news about the rights issue? When is/was the AGM? Seems undervalued to me, but what do I know. P/E will go even lower if it maintains this price when next quarter results are out.

Net cash company, correct too. However doubt u will ever see the cash in the rest of your life, with the planned right issue coming soon and planned purchase of land from its mother company.
It seems a bit dangerous though, revenue has fallen A LOT in the past 3 quarters, yet somehow in all three quarters their NP margin is between 100-200%. Seems very suspicious.
