Si muka pucat sold rm1.50+ , he also loss a lot of monies since he bought before GE14 and think BN will not loss in GE14.
Sell at rm1.50 , Mila pucat pun loss 55% of his capital.

合约可撑2至3年．乔治肯特建筑业务运作如常

（吉隆坡9日讯）受新政府取消大型计划冲击，乔治肯特（GKENT,3204,主板建筑组）股价在变天迄今创逾70%跌幅，该公司董事部今日在股东大会上信心喊话，并强调建筑业务如常运作，手上建筑合约可支撑未来2至3年业绩表现，且目前周息率高达8%。

变天迄今股价跌70%

出席该公司股东大会的小股东向《星洲财经》透露，该公司管理层认为，自大马改朝换代以后，政府检视巨型基建合约，导致不少外资股抛售建筑股，而乔治肯特亦无法幸免。

不过，该公司管理层从不建议股东买进或脱售乔治肯特股票，这是原则。惟他们透露，以目前公司股价，乔治肯特的周息率约8%。

展望未来，该公司管理层说，公司未来将投放更多资源至“老本行”水表制造，该公司期望在未来数年内，水表贡献可从现有的50%提高至75%，并尝试将建筑业务拓展海外。

管理层说，加强水表制造业务，有助于减少建筑业务依赖。

“乔治肯特的水表出口至香港、新加坡等地区，多达40个国家，其品质是区域首屈一指及领先的业者之一。”

不过，股东对此提出怀疑，并引述年报质问管理层为何海外营业额下滑？

管理层回答：“海外营业额虽然微挫，只是合约展延而已，长远来看，水表的需求及成长仍在。对比3、4年前，水表制造的价值为1亿令吉，现在的水表价值是翻倍的成长。”

发展智能水表领域

乔治肯特年报第页显示，海外营业额从9298万8000令吉微跌至9158万1000令吉。

管理层补充，乔治肯特将会发展智能水表（Smart Meter）领域。

有关建筑业务，管理层强调，政府检视基建合约，但这类合约其实尚未颁发予乔治肯特，因此这类合约并不会对乔治肯特造成实质性的影响。乔治肯特现有的建筑合约，仍可支撑未来2至3年的业绩表现。

管理层补充，该公司也有意将建筑业务涉足海外，惟没有披露太多详情。

乔治肯特本业为水表制造，近年来逐步扩至建筑业，更抢下规模庞大的轻快铁3工程。

市场传言，乔治肯特大股东丹斯里陈溪福与前首相拿督斯里纳吉有私交，变天后乔治肯特因被市场冠上国阵概念股而受冲击。

乔治肯特股价从大选前3令吉94仙迄今共挫72.6%，至1令吉零8仙，共丢失2令吉86仙，市值也从22亿1927万令吉蒸发至6亿零833万令吉。
