Selangor state government is already talking the benefits that can be derived from the WCE. That underscores the importance of this highway upon its completion. The state will do the necessary to clear the hindrances that include land issues so that this highway will be able to complete on time.
Stay tune. Toll charges for completed sections are likely to be finalised in today’s cabinet meeting and you can soon expect an announcement on toll collection, possibly as early as next week. Management already highlighted in its annual report the toll collection to begin next month the December 2019.
Once this announcement is made, the share price will find its footing going forward.
The discount of PA conversion to mother share is shrinking. Unfortunately it isn't the PA selling more expensive but the mother share selling cheaper :(
Mother very hard to go lower than 30c. Buy pa near 26c basically I won't lose money. Just wait for the toll to collect money or government take over. Concessions 60yrs what to scare?
It really depends on how you look at it. Some view it from positive angle, ie a chance to buy cheap. The majority will say avoid and will only buy in when the highway is completed.

A Shariah-compliant unit trust fund is allowed to hold investment in the Shariah non-compliant securities if the market price of the said securities is below the original investment cost.
