1. Malaysia sales drop due to lesser FAN contract awarded from govertment for sluggish property
2. Middle East uncertainty impact revenue
3. RM strengthening impact export revenue BUT reduce import material cost.
4. Hopefully Vietnam revenue can provide some support to Revenue and profit

Last QR eps 0.39 hopefully is the worst so far. Next QR eps shall around 0.40 to 0.50. EPS below 0.60 wont excite market to lift up price. DY at current price looks not so exciting
