Delay of announcing dividend, could it be it's Japanese holding company not happy with the dividend proposed or thinking of scrapping the final dividend?
Good evening ZeaXG, please read the comment wrote on 31/5/2017. Ctr Panamy already announced will be giving in September 2017 dividend To it's lovely shareholder RM 1.02 @
Ctr Panamy always give GOOD dividend ( at least RM1000 or RM 1K+ depend on the total profit for the financial year) to it's share holder for more than 10++ years. Like what, one of the member here said before: Total Dividend collected for a couple year, already offset his purchase price ( capital) for Ctr Panamy .......... So did you see what I see ..........? :)
That's Panamy's style. Suddenly up RM 1.00 but can also suddenly down RM 1.00. So don't be too elated about it. Also Ex-date just around the corner on Sept. 6, 2017.
EPS strengthening. Vietnam will be new growth area. Middle East is recovering, though still some uncertainty on Middle East. Projected FY 2018 EPS 2.50, Dividend 0.15+1.35, at 37.28 ( 38.30 - 1.02 ), PE 14.9, DY 4% If surge to 45, PE 18, DY 3.33%.
Sales of Home Appliances products grew by 11.4% as compared to the previous year’s corresponding quarter mainly contributed by increased sales to Vietnam and the Middle East region. The Vietnam market has seen good growth potential with its increasing purchasing power. Improvement in the economic environment contributed to the higher sales in the Middle East region.
Profit will be stable at 0.6X per quarter. This is the driving factor. FY 2018 projected eps 2.50. Div 1.50 If price come to RM 45, PE 18 DY 3.33, still reasonable
think no more additional product relocation set up cost as the production process has been normalised. Further new product transfer may be on the way. Vietnam market runs well. But concern is ringgit strenghtening
With net cash per share 10.23, good eps, 0 debt, there is no reason it cant reach 40, maybe will challenge bat 44++ and then bcome third expensive share in bursa.:)
This company has a lot of cash but the div has been getting less over the years. However they use the cash for inter company loans and charge only 3.75%. As shareholders I am sure we can get more from FD if the div was increased.. Using our money for cheap loans to sister company.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
