China stopped taking shipments of U.S. mixed paper and mixed plastic in January. Steve Moore said mixed-paper shipments to other Asian countries now fetch $5 a ton, down from as much as $150 last year. Other buyers such as Vietnam and India have been flooded with scrap paper and plastic that would have been sold to China in years past.

Wow, a Malaysian company that's in the pulp & paper segment? Need to study more about the business! The industry is super hot at the moment. In Indonesia, 2 companies INKP & TKIM have been flying the past year, giving returns of +540% & 650% respectively. Although I don't think Muda produces the pulp & paper but instead purchase them as their raw material... Anyways lets see if this can be a gem.

Muda has two paper mills in Selangor and Penang. They produce the paper materials for the group's corrugated carton plants from RECYCLED INDUSTRIAL GRADE paper. Please see this link: http://www.muda.com.my/products_pkg.php

So long as China maintains its policy, Muda's profit will continue to fly.

cimb投行 为大庄支持下，业绩出来前買在3元内，区域的同行股价大副度上漲，慕达紧急跟后，顺势而行就是了，大马纸业，瓦楞不足生产须求，必须依赖部分进口，因此慕达的产品仍在提高产量，前景眚好下公司股价先跑了。

The near term TP should be based on this QR net profit
If 25 million, EPS 8.19 x 4 x PE 10 = RM 3.27
If 30 million, EPS 9.83 x 4 x PE 10 = RM 3.93

RM 8 seems to be too high, but who knows Muda might be the Hengyuan of 2018

Muda main cost for the 2 plant is waste paper which has drop while selling price is rising everyday, so there is huge margin expansion... RM8 is not impossible, me made big with Hengyuan in 2017 hoping the same with Muda in 2018.

Global market will be positive in view of temporary ease of US-China trade war..KLCI should be stable in view of local institution support, once FF come back then we may see the index go up
