Cresbld hard to move up much because there's a weak shareholder with more than one million shares to sell. It is still undervalued but there are other counters like Masteel even more undervalued. So, I am just rebalancing my portfolio. Cresbld I bought at 0.88, can make a bit of profit. Amprop price has fallen much and is more undervalued than Cresbld and yes, there's 4 sen dividend coming. Amprop has strong major shareholder. Affin for a bank is very cheap at even 2.60. Affin has produced improvement in its latest results and there's a huge discount to its NTA.

for the international market, yes.

but unfortunately, malaysian steel mills r not strong exporters and coupled with the expected slowdown in infrastructure programs, the local mills r in for a rough time.

so i m waiting for a better entry price to ride the wave.
