tksw: I honestly think that only by early to mid 2016 then we can see real positive share movement. But I'm a long term player. I totally agree with your comment "need few quarter results to prove its cash generating ability". I also think that ASIAPAC is undervalue by 15-20% due to the great potential of Imago Mall i.e. as NEW CBT with neighbouring Riverson(Gleneagles Hospital), KK Times Square, Sutera Avenue, Oceanus Waterfront Mall, Sutera Harbour Resort & Wawasan Bus Terminal. Not forgetting the high end apartment just above Imago, The Loft with 631 units in total!
May or may not , sometimes share prices will move ahead the fundamental result . It all depends on the operator . Problem now is everyone know imago , whether it performs or not nobody don't knw .but from the chart The turnover rate seem to be q low after the fall from 0.35.That actually worrying me because the operator will not push the price unless he has collected enough chips .but entering at this price will be very safe unless u r looking at fast money , the u should move to Priva , if not just patience n u will be rewarded just sooner or later only ..
No body know when will this stock operator push up this share some time depend on market sentiment , timing , how many share they already collected as long as you confident for this stock..... Just wait and hold .
Samsoongyc: I invested in AsiaPac is the same reason as why I've invested in 1. Nestlé; 2. PBBank; 3. Genting & 4. MahSing : all are market leaders(in one way or another).
Reach K K yesterday and attended imago mall open ceremony this morning and spend half day visited the whole shopping mall I have strong felling this imago mall is a successful mall because 70% moved in tenants are strong many ppl visit the mall today !!!
imago mall still have a lot of space to expand I think total let able space can exceed 1 million sq ft , total yearly rental can hit more then 100 millions in next 2 years .

Few K L developer start planing big project at K K some of them already start , Gamuda land , Mahsing , Gbgaqrs , Sbc , new gleneagle hospital next to imago mall almost complete , new k k bus station opposite imago mall start construction K K property will boom in next few years !!!
