Good thoughts, Khatulistiwa! We hv the steel data from our KL counterparts. Going to discuss this matter with our teams today. I read through the review articles and financial reports for steel companies in Malaysia. Yes, the graving for steel is there but there are too many steel companies that are competing in each other and dare to press down the selling price of steel. That’s why the steel price is still low comparatively. Ultimately, the strongest will only survive.

GOOD STUFF , i finalist the mercy fighting in steel metal firm lately , this all just a temporary issue , not project , so many supplier chain , is normal , selling fighting is common , let the firecracker burn , all in active smooth running , i foreseen , later future , not such demand fighting , the scope become wide , hardly source the unhealthy fighting price , problem is solve , correct back , coz all factory manufacturing is busy quoting the purchase order , not have time to negotiated the pricing , all will go back normal procedure , market become volatile , resistant to all level demand and supply , bad market fighting will auto revival back .

Alliance steel is join venture between China-Malaysia. It is built for ECRL and BM. With the strategic location at central of ERCL and BM, cheap and huge steel production capacity, it is not wise for ECRL to buy steel from other steel companies due to high transportation cost, low quality, unmet high steel demands etc... don’t you think so, khatulistiwa?

As my earlier mention, agreement insist first priority purchase iron metal steel from local chain , if not enough demand , only consider Allliance , which status , is Malaysia joint venture with china hub , but i still believe on Lionind is the main chain to supply those steel metal goods in near future , WC already complete with all necessary , all rank of product item , from round square to long bar type , is fully fulfill all the criteria spectrum .

From my previous experience , this counter flooded with off shore investor , they since departure since last bull run , on hold their until today , same practice will do on current , i don't think of any monstrous will happen , risk to getting bad is ZERO , but the higher chance to continue its last time fierce arm , YES , my guide line onward on this stock is KEEP HOLDING .
