How much is the actual cost Wtk paid for those well maintained oil palm plantation lands from Rsawit?
Only 16 sen per sq ft
Yes only 16 sen or in plain English sixteen sen
Or in malay enam belas sen per sq ft
16 sen per sq ft for well cultivated with fruit yielding oil palm trees where to get?

One more thing
Dutaland sold 28,611 acres of land in Sabah to bplant for Rm750 millions or about 60 sen per sq ft
So Wtk at 16 sen psf is only 27% of what Bplant paid or less than 1/3
The oil palm lands dutaland sold to bplant got little yield The oil palms lands sold by Rsawit to Wtk are fertile verdant lands
Plus the location of those lands bought by bplant from dutaland are far away from civilisation
The lands Wtk bought from Rsawit are near Miri. Miri is a major town in Sarawak near Brunei just like johor is near to Singapore or prai near to Penang island
See the big difference and the exceptional bargain
In a nutshell u cannot go wrong investing in WTK why ??
1. It has net cash of Rm 371m even more than topgloves 2. It has more prudent acquisition on its neighbour plantation increasing its ha size and most importantly enhancing its efficiency mah....!! 3. Mikey mouse is completely brainless and clueless why do Wtk bought out 11,000 Acres lands near Miri from r sawit and rsawit did not make money from its own plantations
Reasons are these
1. Rsawit has almost Rm500 millions debt bomb like Mikecyc bankrupt zelan
2. Rsawit made Rm6 millions profits but Bank interest is also Rm6 millions totally eaten up all profits plus registered a loss due to operating cost
If not for such horrendous debt Rsawit world have made a tidy profit
3. Rsawit is forced to sell the over 11,000 acres land adjoining Wtk plantation lands because only Wtk will buy them as they are only suitable for Wtk their next door neighbour
4. Cash rich Wtk seeing their plight bought over Rsawit lands for only Rm7.7 K per acre. Market value about Rm23 K per acre
5. Wtk only pay 1/3 for the lands at fire sale prices
6. Rsawit sold in distress Wtk got a great bargain
7. Seeing the great prospects of Wtk insider boss of Wtk loaded another 300,000 Wtk shares from open market for 37 sen
Calvin now calling all friends to sapu all cheap Wtk shares at only 36.5 sen
This is the best and cheapest bargain in all of Klse now!!!

Brunei people come to Miri to shopping and entertainment during weekend. Miri people will drive to Brunei to enjoy cheaper Sushi , and top up petrol which is cheaper.
When timber price recover....wtk being one of the biggest producer will be the largest beneficiary loh...!!
Wtk is ready mah...now they just curtail production to conserve resources mah...!!

Lumber decreased 52.10 USD/1000 board feet or 12.81% since the beginning of 2020, 354.60 USD/1000 board feet according to trading on a contract for difference (CFD) that tracks the benchmark market for this commodity.

WTK business is cyclical in palmoil & timber mah....!!
The safest to buy & make big monies, is when it is in cyclical low u make the purchases and it is now the recovery stage mah...!!
Your return will be very high...i may not be very surprise, if u can even beat the glove stocks return loh....!!
Big profit can also be make if we take the contraian view instead of acting like herd chasing the popular stock.
