very pissed with those putting negative on the good stock....optimus the famous one....keep ur LP mouth shut up! we buy stock base on fundamental....technical is just something rubbish....ppl always use TA to scare ppl away....if this stock can fall below 1.00, i cut my name!! yesterday sudden throw was bcoz of TA guru telling people nonsense....CP Teh is one of it....u know why he so accurate? bcoz small ikan bilis follow his advise, sure drop lah...but this is just short term. I tell u, base on FA, this stock is extremely cheap, i still collecting it today at 1.20 to 1.22............it will goes up to 1.80 before next Q result
This is stock market...sure got fluctuation......up and down....nothing is definite....technical analysis not good....so I believe u are naive enough to trust all the account/balance sheets are genuine true....which I doubt....I used to prepare homework with both FA n TA....refuse to learn....sure one day in future u will be trapped...cheers
SEAL made a major weekly Wave 2 low of MYR0.40 (May 2013) with grossly oversold bullish signals. All its positive signals above suggest a very strong weekly (30 June to 4 July 2014) Wave 2 and Wave 5 uptrend. It is likely to break into higher territory, as it breached its key resistance areas in a very clear upward weekly Wave 3 and 5 move. Short-term buy on dips with firmer support and clear upward target areas of MYR1.28, MYR1.57 and MYR1.88. Stop Loss is at MYR 0.90c
SEAL surged to make to make a fresh a 52-week high at MYR1.26 on 27 June 2014 since our initial recommendation in mid-Jun e 2014 .The stock continued to rise on the back of strong investor interest since SEAL reported a significant improvement in the groups' profitability. SEAL announced its 3QFY14 results at the end of May 2014. It s revenue and profit-before tax for the 9 months FY2014 rose almost 100% and 280% year-on-year respectively. The significant improvement in profitability was attributed mainly to the property development segment, while the profitability of the other segments was a touch softer. According to the results announcement, management expects continued improvement in the group performance in the final quarter of 2014.
A check of the Bloomberg consensus reveals that no research houses cover SEAL. The stock is currently trading at a very attractive historical PER of 3.93 times as well as a fair P/BV ratio of 1.36 times. Looking at the reported shareholding changes on Bloomberg, there were no major acquisitions and disposals of shares reported recently.
SEAL : Cumulative eps as at 31 Mar 2014 is already 31c; with 80% coming from SEAL Q3'14 of 24.8c. If given a conservative eps of 20c for Q4'14, the cumulative eps for FYE 30 June 2014 will be estimated 50c. Based on a forward PE of 3.6x, FV RM1.80 and above by August 2014 or earlier.......................... Nothing goes up and down exponentially in BURSA!. LETS RIDE THE TIDE>>.>>>>>>
