The main reason why I added this share to my portfolio is the very good PTBV. Also it has potential for some high dividends in the future and a decent PE ratio compared to the other property counters. The reputable name Sapura makes me more comfortable holding this share long term.
Maybank Investment Bank Berhad (“Maybank IB”) wishes to announce that the Board of SRB has on even date approved the Proposed Joint Venture and in turn the Proposals. The Proposed Development is expected to commence within six (6) months after the Unconditional Date (as defined in Section 2.1.5.2 of this Announcement) with an estimated development period of five (5) years and is expected to be completed by the end of 2019. Upon the completion of the Proposed Development, the Commercial Buildings together with the car park are expected to generate income of approximately RM12.5 million per month.
