This is business when they offer china 8.5 this china have injected 93 million. That's why china push this ctr in open market for control their price. When china have inject this money to nwp they wii expand and get profit and their share wii be gone up. Win win china/nwp. China project have shareholder in nwp. Now he is partnership.

Need to use common sense in this NWP. They have China man inside ever since the company is on. Then NEWS of Chinaman coming in to be substantial share holder. Why they have huge interest with NWP ? Nelson have strong work force to sell his properties in GS REALTY and connection in property sectors are strong. The aggressive of Nelson in his marketing strategy, I am positive they are serious to combine developers and marketers. If their plans moved, SKY IS THE LIMIT..
