OSK reported provision of financial assistance to third party amounted of RM609.756 millions...an amount equal to approximately 29 sen per share....very rich company
Undervalue stock, or value trap stock? Yes OSK NTA is way above share price. This happens to TA, Insas, KSeng, and many others. But sadly to say, the share price either not moving, or move within a price range. There is some reason that causing the share price didn't move. Like the major shareholder doesn't want to share the profit through higher dividend. Or manage the company assets more efficiently etc.
OSK, TA, KSeng and Insas. I have them all. Their prices haven't moved doesn't mean they won't move. They need catalysts for them to surge. We need to have patience. We know they are value accretive, hence why should we ditch them. When such stocks start moving we won't be able to buy them them cheap.
This is how Olh removed contra players Out. Just like pasar malam vendors selling sugarcane water.....he runs you over a pair of rollers and slowly reduced the gap of the roller....squeeze-out every Drop of cane water......0.95 is run over almost 3 weeks now.
In 2012, OSK Holdings Bhd, which sold its investment banking business to RHB Capital Bhd (RHB Cap) for RM1.98 billion. The current 10.13% of RHB worth RM2.27 billion.
Coming quarterly announcement next month most probably will continue to make good profits, more cash, more assets, will there be good dividend and good share value appreciation???
The retained profits of the company is enough to buy the whole market capital back with a surplus of RM 679,085,000 in your pocket plus the whole company still own by you
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
