I already repeatedly asked Tey on the identity of the consultant, client, etc but he failed to answer. So we can assume that these are just another lies concocted by Tey and Ooi.

Basically, Tey and Ooi's defense (which can be found in numerous blogs set up by them) are as follows:

1. Tey and Ooi are consultants for Indonesian clients who are looking for investors.

Facts: according to the term's sheet signed by Tey and Herman, they are business partners that will develops the oil field in aceh province.

2. Tey and Ooi introduced PT ASU, indonesian vendors, to Protasco.

Facts: PT ASU was established after the fact by Tey and Ooi. It director and commisioner are nominees of Tey and Ooi.

3. Tey and Ooi are brokers whom main business is introduction projects for profits.

Facts: the deal between globalcap/Tey and Ooi's company and Herman Koswara, as well with Dato Chong/Protasco were to co-develop the oil and gas project in kuala simpang and not a brokerage deal.

4. Tey and Ooi obtained the oil and gas project before they were appointed as Protasco's director so there is no fiduciary duty to disclose full information on the deal.

Facts: the statutory duties and fiduciaries duties existed since the first day Tey and Ooi accepted their appointment. So, instead of offering Protasco RM 176million to buy the stake of PT FAS, they should have offered the IDR 31million with Herman Koswara and Benny Tjokro.

5. Tey and Ooi found trails of money that proof Dato Chong received bribe to facilitate the oil and gas deal.

Facts: the so called trails actually series of money transfers between companies owned by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun, i.e. PT ASU and PT Nusantara Rising Rich etc. The money is part of repayment of a loan by Dato Chong so Tey could finalize the acquisition of Tun Daim's protasco stakes.

6. Tey and Ooi are saviours to Dato Chong.

Facts: can you really call yourself savior if from day one you already devised a plan to cheat the person you supposed to save?

7. Dato Chong failed to inform the board on the existence of investment agreement with Tey Por Yee as well as the project.

Facts: Protasco's IC already confirmed that they are aware of the existence of such agreement and the reason Tey and Ooi agreed to buy Tun Daim's stakes. Further the board unanimously adopted the agreement by way of circular resolution.

8. Tey and Ooi are innocence and were framed by Dato Chong.

Facts: tey and ooi crimes includes, inter alia, extortion, forging documents, perjury (lying in statutory documents), fraud, embezzlement, false statements to the sc, obstruction of justice, bribery, cheat, contempt of court, libel, slander, etc.

The company is heading dead end when money is spent for ceo personal interest - killing his partner. If this is what investors are getting, there is no future. Someone should knock the board wake up.

Tey por yee use money to buy protasco shares and help appoint chong ket pen as ceo. If chong ket pen really finds oil assets not good why he did not ask tey por yee? The action is wrong and strange and selfish. A commercial mistake chong just wants to cover up and puts a blame making tey por yee and ooi kock aun scapegoat. But why? Because he wants to eat them?

1. Yep, as far as protasco and it board are concerned, they only aware that they are being cheated and lies to by tey por yee and ooi KOCK aun after two years.

2. Who want to buy a tissue paper that ownership is being disputed by two parties. That goes with shares ownership as well. Even pertamina, an indonesian national oil company, who had cooperation with pt haseba sacrificed the relationship because of the ownership dispute, so why should a foreign entity like protasco want a piece of that rotten apple? Are you crazy or delusional tey?

3. Due dilligence only verified facts based on papers tey and you know it well so you and adrian did not put your name as the owner of pt asu and pt asi. Right tey?

4. Due dilligence only check whether pt asu et all is being sued in civil and criminal courts and arbitration. So protasco would not aware that you stole pt fas from benny tjokro and herman koswara since the case is investigated as a criminal case in the police level (not yet enter the court). Right tey?

5. Of couse the oil is real, what is not real is that protasco would be able to tap into that oil reserves given pertamina refused to extend the contract with haseba, reasoning the current ownership dispute.

6. The contract between tey and dato chong is already notified to protasco's board. So unlike you and ooi who clearly made and signed a false statement in your statutory declaration, at no time dato chong perjured himself as he had carried out his statutory and fiduciary duties to the best of their abilities, again unlike you and ooi. Right tey? LOL LOL LOL

7. Should you go to sungai wang to bought a phone. Would you come back for replacement if you then aware the phone was a stolen product? A perfectly sane person would not, and instead they will file police report against that store. Are you on acid tey? LOL LOL

To sum up: not only you and ooi forged documents, breached your fiduciary duty, but you also perjured yourselves and selling stolen products to protasco tey.

Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun were also notorious for not paying their rentals, to the point that their landlords had to threaten legal action and resort to cutting off the utilities to get what was owed to them.

Worse off were their suppliers, of whom many had to suffer the bitterness of bankruptcy because tey and ooi refused to pay them their dues. Tragically, one of them even committed suicide because of bad debts, courtesy of Dato’ Tey Por Yee and Dato' Ooi Kock Aun.

This was not the only blood on his hands. He used a friend, Dedi Francis from Indonesia, to stand as a nominee for Tey and Ooi. When the loyal Dedi pressed for payment on company debts incurred by Tey and Ooi's manipulative schemes, he was given the runaround. Time finally ran out for Dedi. Desperate, with his back to the wall and creditors all around him, Dedi almost took his own life but was able to be brought to hospital by his family on time.

I just remember one thing. In their defense as can be seen in all blogs created by tey por yee or ooi kock aun, they affirmed that they and/or their nominees are the owners of the oil and gas project in indonesia right? The stupidity of tey and ooi strikes again.

The following are what they affirmed in their statutory declarations:
- pt asu is not a party related to them.
- none of the directors of pt asu or it ultimate shareholders is a party related to them under the company act.
- they are not aware of any matter which require the transaction to be approved by the shareholders of protasco.

Now, since tey and ooi already admitted that the directors; and commisioners of pt asu/pt asi/pt fas/pt haseba are nominees of tey and ooi then they have perjured themselves.

Tey and ooi also already admitted that they are the owners of the project which mean they are the ultimate shareholders of pt asu etc, this means they lied when signing the sd and that is the crime of perjury.
