Notice the word construction in capital. Imagine the construction business potential due to its PROXIMITY to the new Indonesian capital in Kalimantan. It's just next door or a highway away. Its strength is that Naim knows the terrain, access to building materials,and already a experienced significant player in the area. Imagine how much construction business available...
No one has connected the dots yet...but in years to come the construction business may be Naim's the next cash cow.
