In a time of loan moratorium many banks face financial constrain and prudence to reduce lending. This has caused many companies to raise capital by issuing Private placements and even offer Rights issues to ask for money from shareholders
Therefore Naim being able to give out so much Cash to happy shareholders is a Big Welcome Change indeed!
From the above we see that Naim gave out the highest dividend of 14.4 sen for year 2006 and on that year Naim lowest price traded was Rm2.89 & the highest was Rm3.66
Surprisingly Naim reached the High Price of Rm6.40 by year 2007 because it attracted High Income Funds looking for Dividends?
And see further
Even in years of 2007/8/9 Naim continued paying out good dividends all through the Subprime Crisis Years when USA was going through The Great Recession
Now that Naim is going to resume its Good Dividend Payout Will Big Funds Sit Up and Take Notice?

6. This 18 sen payment will be given within 12 months or earlier
7. You can chose to put money in Bank FD at 1.75% interest rate or keep Naim for 22% dividend yield
8. Investing in FD at 1.75 sen has a P/E of 57.14

This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
