12.30 pm is very decisive today for a good price closing. if volume touches 30k and price at 0.755, then its going to be very rewarding for the faithfuls.
I sense (2cents) most buyers on 28-30 are not contra traders, so the possibility of moving up to new high is good. Even so, this stock is an export stock so do not fear of immediate withdrawal as good last quarter report is round the corner.
LCTH had 4 consecutive red closing on 8, 9, 12 & 13 October with loss of 0.005 only each of the days. So a red closing with minimal loss is ok but the green indicator looks good.
A prelude to an upside momemtum.- Bloomberg 4/11/2015: The MSCI Emerging Markets Index is gaining for a fourth day, its best run in almost a month, based on the assumption China will stabilize its economy. The durability of the rally might depend on the outcome of Friday's U.S. jobs report. A strong number could boost bets for a rate hike this year, acting as a barrier to further emerging market gains. (China rallied today +143.02 points)
Export stocks will rise once Yellen ok rate increase. Ringgit will go 4.50 to US as forecast. As it is, its a win already, and win more when that comes. Profit will be ballistic! Buy...buy...buy...Latest Bloomberg market headline...China Stocks Flirt With Bull Market as Ringgit Drops on Fed Bets.
To llift the price, fund player needs to sell much at average 0.73 which they have (I sense). Then once satisfy, he creates a herd of buyers with his frantic buy signals. Surely then, price will shoot to 0.80. Question is, when is he satisfied?
@lim..since touching a new high at 0.735 on the 19/10/2015, LCTH has touched 0.74 ten times but failing to close at this price except on 2/11/2015 where it realised another high at 0.755. I noticed large quantity buying support at 0.73 (my 21/10/2015 comment) and still maintained this support level. Since 30/10/2015, the closing price has not been lowered than 0.735 except on the 5/11/2015 at 0.725. I like to see the glass as half full; if on Monday LCTH opens at b0.74/0.745s the possibility is positive. But the US job report points to a Fed rate increase. This is a sore thumb even though I believe it has been factored into the market. However LCTH has performed in contrarian way, when you expect it to go higher, it didn't. So I am still confident LCTH will confound the market again next week.
