i think what nocindycat meant was factory shutdown 2 weeks for Raya Holiday and since no operation, they took the opportunity to do maintenance...... makes more sense...
if my facility manager told me that i have to shutdown whole plant 2 weeks for maintenance... i will ask him not to bangsai 2 weeks as i want to change the toilet bowl valve....

I think its pretty difficult to shut down for 2 weeks. The Hevea factory has more orders than they can handle.
