Potential Crisis coming all share will comedown mah.....!! Thus it is even better & important to hold undervalue stock like evergreen mah....bcos the break out value of rm 1.40 loh...!! U only pay Rm 0.895 to buy the share loh...!!
If u hold Hevea with break out value of the company only Rm 0.90 where got margin of safety leh ???
Yes Hevea got cash...but only Rm 0.20 cash per share..u think enough meh....don forget u pay rm 1.40 to buy the share woh...!!
i only comment that apply all professional standard, u just apply shit theory =) hahaha Cash flow also dunno how to c, go back study hard la, accountant prepare 100+ page of annual report, u only look for balance sheet, u really is shit wow, i watch all one =) U really is an investor or a gambler? =) once again, i mention i now still earning profit in evergreen, no need tell me i stuck. =)
ya, this stock full of potential, I find out that previous comment about massive debts, but the cash generate from operating is good for evergreen, I didn't see the any liquidating problem for evergreen
I think I will try to collect it at 0.88 or 0.875, wait for it's quarter report, do u know the latest news, rubber is in good price? evergreen also got rubber estate about 4410 acres, it's good for evergreen
Dolly/jackng keep using multiple accounts to talk nonsense and fishing for supporters. Obviously another failed attempt. Pity a mentally unstable person with split personality. Still dare to bring out ur Acca cert to talk more nonsense?
i3 admin did more good job filtering out abusive and nonsense postings from this sick psycho. Bravo i3 admin.
Evergreen has these kind of things in their balance sheet:
Cash: 160,308,000 Total borrowings: 205,257,000 Total liabilities: 388,027,000
If u insist that it can settle the borrowings easily with its cash held. Theoretically, after settled it doesn't have cash to run operations. That is why it borrows heavily from banks to fund its operations.
Healthy cashflow? It has no choice but have to show shareholders that it has cashflow otherwise it is running into troubles. Basically it gets by each month/quarter by using its cashflow. Its earnings power is weakening and with that MASSIVE DEBTS, this is not a good or pleasant thing to be seen if people were to invest or to hold onto its shares.
See the obvious and don't cause others to get drowned into a debt-laden company.
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
