stockraider, have u thought about it the whole night? The risk is higher than the rewards. Too many risks associated with Evergreeen from the recent ban of rubberwood exports by Malaysian government to this Middle East Qatar crisis. The latter is MORE DAMAGING to Evergreen since more than >40% of Evergreen's Annual Revenues are from MIDDLE EAST. Look below for evidence:

hello macha, different opinions / views should be welcomed. Their argument points could be a good learning observation. We should not silence any of the promoter nor the critic points of argument just because you already decided to support a camp.
Qatar called the accusations baseless and said the demands - which include closing Qatar-based al Jazeera TV and ejecting Turkish troops based there - are so severe that they seemed designed to be rejected.
the four countries agreed to a request by Kuwait to extend by 48 hours Sunday's deadline for compliance.
commercial bankers in the region believe that Saudi, Emirati and Bahraini banks might receive official guidance to pull deposits and interbank loans from Qatar.
The crisis has hit travel, food imports and sown confusion among businesses, while pushing Qatar closer to Iran and Turkey.
Trump and Saudi gangs just want to swallow up Qatar (world's largest LNG producer & exporter) but it's not so easy loh. Qatar definitely will retaliate mah. Qatar has backers such as Iran,Turkey,Russia,China, etc. Qatar's main allies are the NEMESIS of USA mah. So you see where this is going?
Evergreen's export to Middle east will be disrupted for sure. Now whole world waiting how and when the conflicts steering out of controls.
This is not surprising because some of the demands out of the 13 are outrageous and almost impossible for Qatar. War is what Trump and Saudi gangs are seeking! After all didn't Trump danced so happily in Saudi during his visit, right? And Trump sold $500 millions of arms deals to Saudi. All facts pointing to war is unavoidable mah.
When the entire Middle East plunged into warzone, Evergreen's MDF products are USELESS to them. If they import also rather import ammunitions & warfare equipment lah.
Saudi, Qatar, UAE and major oil producing neighbours are rich and if they themselves engaged into wars among each other, how do u think those other not so rich countries in the rest of Middle east have the wills or purchasing power to buy Evergreen's MDF? Use some logic mah.
The worst is the trade routes will be TUTUP close shops loh. You as an exporter just like Evergreen also TAKUT to export sending your products to the Middle east customers lah if there are still any left to wanna import useless MDF from Evergreen. TAKUT later cannot receive money after sent containers also another concern mah. So CABUT loh. No logic meh? So simple also these salesman cannot understand. Aiya ya ya....lmao
dei macha, 1 time highlighting the same point enough alredi la. Chanting back same point repeatedly will make students in class fall asleep la. You don't sleep in class if your primary & secondary teacher doing similar ?
MDF Isotropic, so no tendency to split Consistent in strength and size Excellent substrate for veneer, paper foil, melamine and easy to finish (i.e. paint) Flexible and shapes well (profiling) Less expensive than solid wood Used for internal panelling, building material, doors, furniture, packaging and industrial
Particleboard Lighter and lower cost than plywood and MDF More uniform than plywood Can be laminated with veneer, paper foil and melamine to improve surface attractiveness Mostly used indoors and suitable for furniture especially cabinets
Loser Dolly just escaped his cave for an hour and straight went into berserk mode. So which exactly info is fake? All are real and authentic with links for you to click on mah. How is that fake?
Number one risk is the Middle East market since it provides more than >40% total annual revenues for Evergreen and if conflicts worsened then u can kiss this over 40% annual revenues GoodBye!
Number 2 is the decentralized production plants of Evergreen whereby its Thailand and Indonesia plants brought in a combined annual revenues of RM 529,813,707 (43.74%) out of that RM 1,211,370,331 annual total revenues for all 3 production plants including Malaysia. If absolute no rubberwood export from Malaysia due to the effective ban then how do its Thailand/Indonesia plants survive leh? http://www.theedgemarkets.com/article/evergreen-fibreboard-1q-profit-falls-489-due-floods
