when you buy a stock you should have faith in it. not because one day down then panic and the next day up all happy. this is not the value investing principles.
You are better off being a cleaner crawler. How many times do you think get away from lying? The way you talk sounds more like a cheerleader in school. Value investors dont have to ask people to buy a few times in a day . These things only happen to vendors in wet market. Value investors talk about hard facts. The results have nothing to do with PWC. In fact, I dont think Ivory even has the land title for PWC. If you look at the balance sheet, land held is only worth 58 mil. It looks as ifDijaya is holding the land title for PWC.
That is why you can be only normal investor, whatever is in the book you just reas it. Balik lar ..do enough homework and have the connection with the right sources only you start steeping on people toes. You are good for nothing..that is you anyway!
Excuse me I know more people than you think I had worked in an investment bank before . I've studied under professors that appear in bloomberg before . Don't try to lecture me on what you know . You know nothing other than conning poeple to buy a worthless stock. don't waste people time here. Go back to your wet market and be a good cleaner
Another self claimed investment banker...you sound like a revenger with some mental problem. This is a forum for god sake. Dont bark everyones away because of your own opinion. I couldnt believe you are even talking abt you are educated people...shame on you !
Sell. Barely made a profit in a bull property market. What a joke. Made only 2 mil in the last 2 quarters. Market had been nice to them today but may not be when more and more people find out the results. Investors have so many other developers who have delivered to choose. Huayang, Tambun and Matrix. All delivered on earnings and net cash. Why bother about Ivory?
Start to like this counter again. The share price down due to result announced yesterday, very good then, after all it is a reflection of the past. When investing in stocks, we are looking at the future and prospect of the company, the news flow will be coming in from next month onwards, especially on Penang World City.
Sell and liquidate. More news flows or rumours? How long have you been talking cheap crawler? Talking is one thing but delivering is another. You act like a cheerleader rather than a value investor. The company has failed to deliver for TWO STRAIGHT QUARTERS now. What makes people think that you are not capable of more bullshit? You have no credibility left. There are many developers that are capable of delivering results, not just talk talk talk like you. You think you are dealing with a bunch of school kids here?
setia2u bad result is the past? what logic is that? It is only treated like that when it is priced in. A share rally price in good results not shockingly bad results. Can you tell the authorities that what happened is the past when you are implicated in something?
Also, don't be fooled by someone who tries to bring down the price of the counter, in actual fact they are not the shareholder at all, if they have, go by what they've said, they are not honest at all!
iafx. This statement is even more retarded. Do you even know what is market cap . Ivory share price may be cheap but in terms of market cap is not. See it yourself
market cap last profit Ivory 330 mil 2 mil Tambun 430 mil 10 mil Huayang 600 mil 17 mil
Ivory share may be cheap in nominal terms but they think they can fool investors by diluting them with extra shares in a rights issue. come on. Do you even know the most basic corporate finance. So I suppose you think Nestle is the biggest company in Bursa just because the share price is more than RM 50? hahaha
peer to peer comparison is done all the time. It is accepted apple to apple comparison. Do you buy or invest in a product without comparing with peers? Some basic corporate finance lessons. Market value (cap)= share capital X share price
market cap last profit Rough ratio Ivory 330 mil 2 mil 165 Tambun 430 mil 10 mil 43 Huayang 600 mil 17 mil 38
P/E ratio = Share price/ earnings(EPS) or how expensive/cheap a share is. Ivory is indeed expensive. I havent start to compute forward P/E for this year yet.
Jeez . P/E ratio is how expensive or cheap a company is compared to its peers. it is just a valuation method used for comparison not how much someone made.
cut the P/E crab, such info is everywhere on the web. just answer the question, how many % u made via tambun and huayang investment??? note ivory is much lower in cost vs tambun and huayang, yet till date it brings 26% profit to investors, merely a month
see the point? u can have yr own way of value a counter, but other can have their way to making real $$$. why r u so eager to prove other is wrong? share your view and let other judge it by themselves, full stop.
Shut up retard . You are the one talking crap. Ivory is not lower in cost. Everyone in CF knows that. You made the money before the annoucement. You dont even know the most basic corporate finance stuff and yet you want to teach people how to value companies. Your way is not even a method. Go back and study properly before saying anything
Ivory is indeed an expensive sore thumb that stands out among its peer. Profit dropping all the time and yet a bunch wants of fools still try to justify a premium. Have some dignity . Old machines that produce lesser and lesser can only sell at a discount
I have my justification on Ivory values and I keep my view on that. You keep yours as well but stop swearing on people who want to buy. What's wrong with you guys?
exactly, keep your own opinion and don't attack people. I don't look at the current values of Ivory, I look at the projected values of Ivory over the next 5 years. The potential of it. So lets not just look at the current quarter result and make your conclusion.
guys, we are here to trade and not bashing each other, although freedom of expression applies for everyone but there is a limit. Everyone got their own opinion and bottomline, the money is yours so its up to the individual. We can debate the facts but no personal attack please.
