If you seriously think of few aspects, you will be lucky to have this counter

1) Good fundamental with continuous profit QR
2) higher NTA (compared with current price)
3) reasonable PE
4) number of shares < 100million

Hopefully higher DIV in the future (or special DIV), or issue bonus, warrants
