RATIONALE FOR THE JOINT VENTURE

 

The purpose of the Joint Venture is to combine the resources and capabilities of ABSS and CSM to leverage the introduction of GST (Goods and Services Tax) in Malaysia and to drive a strong growth of sales of MYOB brand Accounting Software products to new customers in the domestic (Malaysia) market and to carry out such other business incidental to the general purpose set forth in the JVA.

if you JV, you increase chances of getting a bigger slice of the pie, albeit sharing with your JV partner. Might be harder to simply attract customers if everyone goes on their own (i.e. might have to compete in terms of reduced prices etc). Think this is a smarter move. Doesn't necessarily indicate the company is incompetent.

KLSE down 7+ points. Price still gained RM0.03. What more do you want? Wa maintained at RM0.355. Have little faith in your own judgement. Hopefully Wb will be listed next week. Happy trading

Today 630 counter drop. Censof can tahan, not bad lah. With recent 20 cent petrol hike, min wages & GST implementation, a lot of company struggle. Main concern revenue drop & cost of doing business increase a lot. But censof is different. As a GST software & training provider for Gov& private sector, Censof v busy for GST implementation & revenue increase dramatically. Star of GST will be Censof. Hold tight for first pit stop 0.70 follow by 0.80

Even though price jumped at the opening, support at RM0.615 is not as strong as I like. Hopefully, the sharks are still around to push higher, otherwise ikan bilis will suffer once the support withdraws at this level.
