Q1 will be key......the Canal delay is already 6 mths. IJM selling point against Trops in Canal is the ratio of house vs land .......so Trops PP2 for canal also has to take on the delay.

land bank ? we have 2,000 acres !!!!! not in Bentong, not in Menglembu, not in Alor Gajah. They are either in Penang, Klang Valley or Iskandar. Every inch was cherry picked so that value can be unlocked in the SHORT TERM.

Ans : I comment according to what the chart tells me, it is always true one. The chart is Cup And Handle formation, my slogan is "sky is the limit" for Properties stocks.
Why want to attack me ? Is it good to share this type of information ? I really worry people attack me unnecessary until I dare not write here. Do you have benefit if I do not post this information here ? I feel very safe now not to post my comment, I sleep very well at night. Who is the one miss out this type of information ? Who cause it ?

bones your TRC fits my profile for undervalued stock. Low profile waiting to be discovered, small cap hence got good chance to grow, contrsuction industry can provide positive surpise if secured more contracts...

BUT BUT BUT is their execution capability good or not ? latest quarter came up with an operational loss, very scary lah...

but I am not writing them off yet. Worth taking a closer look
