As Lee Kuan Yew Said, Malaysia willing to lose talents to save one race or should he say one party.....since of course those talents lost includes Malays, Chinese and Indians leaving to Singapore, Australia, US, NZ, etc We can see why and the world can see why now.

Next they will be willing to lose business too like the link shared by Saturn by not allowing these investment to come in because haram maybe?

When management and price of share is out of sink, the management must react and show leadership......here the management left it in this state for almost a year now.....and they r capitalizing on the share .....soon soon it will happen.....but I will not return to this OKU share once I sell.......

I think it has some to do with managament but more due to public sentiment that the property market is not going to do well this year with all of the propery cooling measures.

Dont just look at Tropicana, go look at UEM Sunrise, Mah Sing, SP Setia.... They're all not doing well. Tropicana's fundamentals look solid, it just needs some good news for the engine to get going.

For a true PD (in exemplary at least 95% PD 5%construction) contribution is 25% of top line.......this is higher than the 10% to top line with construction......this means PD has more areas to absorb. So for Trops to drop 70+cents is absurd.......but it did....

Don't believe me then why every time a good result comes out, the shares (not only tropicana) does not go up? The second part GDV is for property only and should be replace with FFB if plantation, and similarly Balak price per ton for forrestry

IF the company made profit but the profit has never distributed to the shareholders nor reflected in the share price, then what is the use of buying this stock? It is unreasonable![unless your are his parents or doing charity] Most of the time, the campany's future or fortune is not shared by the shareholders', sell off and park on a more generous counter.. at least you are happier..haha
