Is there a provision in the sale and purchase agreement for tropicana to expedite payment in the event of disposal ? Otherwise it would be another case of state government disrespecting the sanctity of contract (after puncak niaga case)

If i am the landowner, i definitely will put in special clause to safe guard my interest because u r not paying me in full but over 20 years. The landowner in this case is Selangor State. If this deal is signed by previous government, then this special clause most likely wont be in or purposely forgotten.
