FundSG123, mk land developed major of their 'profitable' land and sold some of their land in damansara perdana too. my guess, leftover land on hand are of less prime and not easy to do development. Look at un-finished giant structure at damansara perdana, its already 'stand' there for many mnay years, wonder when they are going to complete it.....

Dannyk, I entered this counter last time because the fundamental is good.
But, the management is very wired, they let the price drop significantly.
If u can absorb the risk, then hold tight, potential to go up high if this is not a trap.
But, I'm officially off this boat.
