早前介紹過嘅明輝國際(3828)有新發展，長毛Webb向管理層發出公開信，話應該將出售物業嘅2.6億元，全數派作特別息，折合每股0.352元。此信一出，股價飆到上1.22元，創52周新高。只要長毛增持少少，揸住超過10%，隨時可以召開特別股東會搞管理層。最終能否「逼息」成功，暫時唔知，但長毛在公在私，都叫做過下野，值得一讚。

超低息環境持續，賣產錄得特別盈利，巨額現金作派息，今年都發生咗唔少次。上月百盛(3368)公佈出售北京物業，賺9億人仔，現金就袋23億，消息公佈前，百盛市值只有10.6億，咁消息一出梗係爆升啦，最高升過68%，不過之後就日日跌，現價只有0.78元，市值20.6億。睇番半年業績，佢地長債有33億，驟眼睇好似冇派息條件喎，但佢地同時有8.7億現金，17.5億保本存款，加埋嗰23億，已經有半百，夠還債之餘仲有錢剩，不得了。

主席今年都74歲，年事已高，面對網購嘅盛行，內地百貨業經營十分困難，百盛在過去4個半年度，全部蝕錢，老細會唔會借勢賣咗佢呢?有趣嘅係，競爭對手金鷹(3308)都係股東，持有10%，由股東變成大股東，並非唔可能喎。

單刁上星期出咗正式買賣協議，預期在下月中前會寄出通函，現價回番咁多，距52周低位只係高27%，值搏率甚高，呢個位收集，有耐性的可以慢慢坐，等收息又或者等收購吧。

yes, I agree with u... since he resigned his nephew and took back the chairman, the company become worst and worst, however he is the majority shareholder for the company, he get bigger impact than any individual player. He is willing to do well for the company however he is type of old fashion and selfish person as he is not willing to corporate or join venture with other just like second majority shareholder "Golden Eagle".

Parkson pick the right spot to build up the shopping mall, also the subway for M2 will be operation next year. It will attrative more crowd.

Most of Parkson department store in china were over 8 years old, would you prefer to go to shopping in the old shopping mall ? Where do you get the money to renovate the old building??Did the company issue any new shares and ask shareholders to buy the rights ??? That's why the company keep losing money for these few years time. You only have short sighted.

morning I got attend AGM, the boss kena people shoot gao gao , pity the old man .
But I did hear the old man rely to him : " do you confidence with us or not "
but when the old man say this also sad sad, because after I heard all the agm feel they and the mgnt keep pointing market slow , difficulcut , susah la, said need step by step la, seem not much confidence in their strategy .
