The reason why he sell to related co is bcs the ceo wan to hold the stake and is confident to the company turnaround plan. Second is tat he hold substantial stake in related co. By selling to related he still indirectly hold the co just not tat much only. Bear in mind tat the co ceo is sending a signal to the shareholder he confident to this co

Angielim, Parkson Holdings through its HK listed Parkson Retail Group Ltd recently announced disposal of subsidiary in China. Parkson Holding's share of gain on the disposal is about RM300 million which translates into 29 sen per share. Once this deal is completed Parkson Holdings will breach RM1. Tabung Haji has increased its shareholding to about 10% now, that's over 100 million shares. Something is definitely brewing.

Angielim, don't be upset with other people's discouraging comment. No one can deny that Tabung Haji has been buying in a big way. Since 7/9 Tabung Haji has bought over 4.6 million shares.

my classic case was bjfood , after the bjfood worse results I mean the new qr very bad and the worse compare to previous one , then I faster cut loss immediately So I very happy and think I were making a very clever decision , who know the bjfood suddenly can jump in top gainer from 1.57 until rm 1,87 , so I also crazy , when you see bad result not mean it will drop , I kena tipu by bjfood now I learned

（吉隆坡6日訊）百盛控股（PARKSON，5657，主要板貿服）近來排山倒海的負面消息接踵而來；不過，該集團其實並不如傳聞般打算退出中國，甚至有意擴展中國業務。



接受《中國報》詢問時，金獅集團內部人士首先澄清，集團旗下Amsteel Mills關閉廠房屬錯誤消息，再來百盛控股也完全沒有退出中國市場的打算。

針對百盛控股退出中國一事，消息人士指出，這完全是錯誤報導，該集團反而是有意擴充中國業務，但會更仔細挑選開拓地點。不可避免的，表現不佳的店面只能選擇關閉節源。

百盛控股于上月中宣布以16億7000萬元人民幣（約10.4億令吉）代價出售北京華德盛物業管理公司，加上此前關閉多家零售店面，導致市場認為該集團正在鋪路退出中國。

該集團也曾對此澄清指出，這是市場誤讀。

這位知情人士指出，出售北京華德盛物業管理公司只為釋放價值，注入現金流。

根據最新資料，百盛控股目前在5個國家開設零售店面，其中就包括了大馬（43家）、中國（55家）、印尼（15家）、越南（8家）和緬甸（1家）。該集團計劃在2017年前在柬埔寨開設零售店。

Ya. I still believe parkson should stand at least 1.00 ringgit. Parkson got restructuring not just wait. We can see it. Just hope the restructuring plan can successful. Of course now I also not guarantee the plan can success . Is 50 50 all of us know because the most important thing is net profit .

Like ks 55 said ttb is the best average rm 5.. I not sure about rm 5..but parkson share really make icap unrealised losses 12 million in annual report 2016..

I also only heard people say icap play very safe but not sure la, so I suprise he buy parkson, actually many people claim Parkson will down again , I also takut now haha, but still hold my share la .
actually I also not very good in market , that y I enter Parkson when 1.00 too high at my enter price
now paper loss 23.5 % .
so I dun dare give so much opinion because I am a loser la.

（吉隆坡13日訊）百盛控股 （PARKSON，5657，主要板貿服）宣佈，香港上市子公司百盛商業集團（PRG）已在今日正式簽署股權轉移及債務轉移合約，脫售旗下北京華德盛物業管理有限公司的54.67%全數股權及相關股東債務。

百盛控股向馬證交所報備，百盛商業集團早在9月13日已向港交所報備此事，擬以人民幣16億7000萬元（10億3500萬令吉）出售北京華德盛物業管理公司，並會召開特大尋求股東批準。



北京華德盛物業管理公司涉及業務包括產業發展、投資及管理。

假設上述交易在明年6月底財年結束前順利完成，百盛控股料可從中取得將近3億令吉收益，相等于每股28仙。

形式上，根據百盛控股截至今年6月底財年已審核財報顯示，其淨資產值大約是3億令吉（即每股29仙）。

文告也指，上述交易將不會對其發行及繳足資本、主要股東權益及公司負債率帶來重大影響。
