Based on the latest annual report 2012, 30 largest shareholders controlled about 82.45%. Felda acquired 48.56% @ 29.5.2014...Felda still need 26.44% shares to achieve 75% controlling interest...

Think wisely, why Felda want take it to private? So, as investor, accept or reject?
