Klang/Eco Park to KL to Kajang with KL at the mid point. What you see today the huge daily traffic to and flo KL using Kesas/Federal/NKVE highways, could see the potential rise of Kajang. And Kajang will be better served with MRT and KTM.

Now at RM1.4 bil market value. IOI bought Unico (similar size of ha) for RM1 bil when CPO price was hovering at RM2,200. Now CPO is higher at RM2,700. Are we are still buying MKH's propery assets and profits at virtually no cost.
as expected, saved by cpo price. hopefully mkh can really enjoy the palm income and not eat up by forex, otherwise at this price is quite expensive as can already buy tsh etc.
JXRepcoBuffet, nop, I cut lost at RM1.97. Now I bought back at RM2.16. Last time also same thing happened, I bought MKH-WB at RM1.51, then it dip until RM1.37, I cut lost at RM1.40. =(
Elvin Beh Chun Yen, so u think this stock is potential for long term? Then I better start learning to hold MKH for a year atleast. Have to control myself~
i m small investor. But good to see this stocks going. I always pass through kajang and it is all about MKH advertisement. Saw rafflesia international school as well. everytime i pass through. i will top up d share tomoro cuz feeling the potential is coming nxt. If i got a chance to go kalimantan then i will top up even more after see their plantation. haha
林俊松: This can hold for at least a year (barring no bad news to CPO prices or property curbs). I have went through the annual report a few weeks back and my TP is RM5 (conservative numbers were used). However, I believe that its plantation will generate a high y-o-y increase in revenue/net profit with 2017 being the peak of its revenue from plantation and its property development for affordable housing is booming as well. Again, read the annual report and make a judgement yourself. I believe the current ROE <15 is due to the fact that the plantation are still at a immature state. However, I was impressed that they still produce a reasonable amount of FFB/profit in FY13. I bought this counter at 3.96 (though I have bought it before at a lower price of 3.3 but was forced to contra at 3.68 due to some mistake with my broker). Unless it drops till 3.5 (highly unlikely), I wouldn't let go until the next annual report comes in.
Investing is buying a company. Speculation is buying a price. In share market, no one will be 100% accurate all the time. The most important thing is to have more wins than losses. Other companies which I hold are Scientex (3rd world largest industrial stretch film producer/developer), Karex (world largest condom producer), Skpetro (25B order book and growing), Wellcall (world exporter of industrial hose), Dsonic (crazy stock to give me 200% profit. enough said), Kossan (one of world's largest glove producer and rubber is at its lower price atm), Matrix (Bandar seri sendayan developer with one of the highest profit margins) and Instaco (Telco player). I can tell you, of all my holdings, I think I speculated on Instaco which is left on my portfolio to remind me not to speculate/gamble in the future.
Anyway, MKH is a good stock. Keep it till RM5++. When the quarter report comes out, read it and take it from there. :)
Like I told you in Dsonic forum, I wouldn't be able to judge if the report isn't out. For prestariang, I seriously have no idea. However, I do know that prestariang has some interests in education. The question is then, do you think the education sector would rake in much profit? Even a prestigious university such as HELP had to be taken private as it wasn't performing well. However, as I have no knowledge on Prestariang, I can't comment. Anyway, always think long term as short term price fluctuation is purely based on emotions.
I almost sold it off two days ago, that time I would cry seeing it going up. I found that stochastic line is a more promising way of entering or exit. Check the stochastic line for this stock, and match it with the trend, I believe you can see something.
yea.. buy share with real life experience. I using digi. i stay at rural area .And few months back it really ugraded this rural area to 3G. Of cuz some of the place still EDge. But need some times to ugraded. MKH jus hold .. even if it ireach rm 5.00. then check the dividednd yield. I think it will still better than FD. then why sell it? Mayb it will become another Sime darby?
