I would prefer the businesses under one roof. List .. privatise .. then relist are the games of the riches. There is a price to pay and normally the minority is a party that suffers.

林俊松 market always up and down, fundamentally is worth to buy at this price as plantation biz have not significantly build into the price. I will use 50% of bullet to hold for long term and 50% to do trading, buy sell buy sell to increase my pool money. Otherwise, paper gain can see only..... not so syiok....

JXRepcoBuffet, I think it worth to invest into MKH for long term too.
After I study the chart, there is always some correction after a major surge in price.
I would like to reenter at late afternoon today or Monday.
Hopefully I could get a better discount price to enter.

It's about MKH's plan to separately list their plantation arm in future. But near term not likely as they need to be big enough before doing so. Now they're in the process to buy some plantation lands in Kalimantan.

MKH is the largest land owner in Kajang. Will gain benefits from rapid housing development in the area.

Nicky, the less research house cover the better. Look at those top 10 rising stock last year (like HLCap, ecoworld, Dsonic etc ) hardly anyone cover it. Once big funds are all in, the price cannot move much.

What chinesetea said is true. The less coverage the better. If all research houses did coverage & MKH's price inflated then you better sell off to guarantee your profits.

Look at Gamuda, Mahsing, WCT, Alam, Axiata. All Research houses gave them high high TP but none of the TP being achieved.

RHB Keep on increasing the TP of Dsonic after their TP being achieved one time by another. Hopefully Kenanga able to achieve that on MKH as well. :)
