Sumatec is a recovery stock. It has been taken over by Tan Sri Halim Saad, who has injected his oil exploration assets into Sumatec.

mkh is a good company but it has gone up so much. it is fully valued now, upside limited compared to other counters like sumatec.

i missed mkh just by a few sens because i queue too low. i am not going to chase mkh because there are other better counters which are not yet fully valued.

That is same situation with my Inari. I bought Inari at 34.5 sen in Dec 2011. After few month later, up to 70sen. Up 100%!!!. But i still keep buying the share at 70 to 90 sen. I hold the share 50k units. Now the Inari share Rm1.60 after right issue. Up 500%!!! just in one year

Why i telling this because if the stock up Rm 1.00 or Rm 2.00 it doesn't mean the stock fully valued.

Target price for MKH is Rm4.00, we still got 50sen to go. I bought MKH at Rm 3.04. Dont believe to HwangDBS TP.

I not discouraging anybody to buy MKH. Read my posts, I never said dont buy MKH. I just say Sumatec offer more upside than MKH.
MKH may go up another 20-30% by end of this year but Sumatec may double end of this year (subject to exiting PN17).

I wonder why MKH warrant walk slower than the mother share.
Mother up 19 cents, warrant only up 11 cents since the conversion is 1:1 ratio.
Buying mother worth more because price goes up faster & dividend.
Regret to enter warrant instead of mother share.

what about the whopping liabilites of mkh? total debt/total equity around 0.52? anyone care to comment?

arv18, most investors don't care abou the debt as long as the company able to generate more profit by using that liabilities.
Ecoworld also high debt but lower profit, price also shoot up to RM4.40.
SKpetro also huge debt also RM4.50.
Most important is the company is able to service its debt.

Hold your MKH tightly for thicker profits. Look at their landbanks in Kajang & future prospects of its plantation arm in Indonesia.

FYI MKH's projects all selling very well. Either completely Sold out or only limited bumi units available.
