Past data never lie. If you look trace back. 99% of speculate will eventually loose or dont make. But 99% of investors will make. Of course, if the counters you choose are investors graded.

duitduit..RM1.66 is only the net assets. What about value of land in TTDI and Pengerang. Don't see them in the accounts. The TTDI one apparently has estimated GDV of >RM7B

Malton awarded RM570M piling and substructure contact to Econpile. Is this part of the original main contract of RM703M awarded by Impian Ekspresi to Malton or is this part of a new contract not announced yet???? ANyone any idea?

Anybody can guess how much the directors would like to be rewarded ? If 25% then the market price has to hit 1.00 which is just round the corner. If 50%, market price has to hit 1.20.........

If proposed revocation gets terminated also no problem. Malton ends up with prime land in Seb. Prai. I don't think it will be terminated. So far all conditions precedent fulfilled except EPU approval and of course all the $$$ payments. Payments should be no problem since Ecoworld HAD roped in EPF to co-develop that piece of land

Whilst everything can happen in a biz deal, I doubt the revocation will be terminated because (1) ECW had already pen deal to JV this land with EPF (2) very unlike TanSRi Liew to terminate a deal!!!My 2 sen worth.

From past records, Malton don't push up so fast but slow and steadily. They need drums to fill up for different price level. Once out of support , the price couldn't stays. In short, fast up and end up fast down. For now,Above RM1 should not be a problem as the sentiment starts build up... Cheers for those who long ..

Can public listed company issued at a discount from its par value? Malton has a par value of RM1 each and is it possible to issue share at RM0.80 to ESOS? Has it been approved? Sifu please enlighten us!

Par Value has nothing to do with ESOS price. The company just offered the director new shares at RM0.80 a piece, a discount to the market price.
