chankp7010..under the old Co Act, ALL companies(few exceptions)cannot issue shares below par. However under the new Act(effective 31.03.17), no more par value. So can issue shares at whatever price
Now when MALTON and MALTON-LA are at RM1.15 and RM1.06 respectively, it is better to buy MALTON-LA. Using binomial method, if MALTON at RM1.15 is fair, then MALTON-LA's fair value is RM1.24, which is 17% higher than market price of RM1.06.
Jimmylee...Last week here they shout RM1.50, then RM1.64, this morning become RM1.75. If like this, why WB = 36sen? May as well say 90sen..based on 10%premium on TP of RM1.75.Kakakaka
i3gambler..not disputing it, I read moneytrail link..anything that is positive and make sense, naturally has to agree lor. So, if RHB's target can be achieved (I hope it is achieved) then it's not wrong to say WB should be 90sen...
i3, I don't think too high. Difficult to achieve but achievable. Never mind rumour of merger with WCT, Malton itself is grossly undervalued given that it has RM Billion of unbilled sales in BJC, + Construction projects in hand, TTDI & Rapid property development in future and cash flow from revocation of Batu Kawan. Why not RM1.75????
BTW, whether RM1.75 or not, what is interesting is that today there are people out there buying > 1000 lots each time at RM1.19. So if the price don't go up, these same people would be crying. Notwithstanding, let's give them moral support...Malton above RM1.50000000
This book is the result of the author's many years of experience and observation throughout his 26 years in the stockbroking industry. It was written for general public to learn to invest based on facts and not on fantasies or hearsay....
