So now Star paper becomes gossip paper..those that got their fingers burned due to that article should complain to...I don't know..maybe ministry of information if there is one, for spreading unsubstantiated news. However the Malton's announcement does not deny that Malton is in discussion with ANY party. The actual wordings "...with the parties mentioned...." could also mean that whilst they are not in discussion with Dalian, it does not mean that they are not in discussion with some other party besides Dalian.
