Once you have less selling pressure at 95 to 96 sen, I think it will break 97sen and then 1.00.
I understand that the LA is convertible at 1.00 - anyone here who can advice on this? If convertible, then a fair amount of dilution again but it will save Malton the interest payments.

This counter is really undervalued and its land banks are in very strategic places. Got good potential.

It has about 300 acres of land at mainland penang - just right off the exit of Penang Second Bridge. Look at Tambun Indah. The company's flagship project - Pearl City - is located at mainland Penang (and the landsize is about 200 acres) and now the price for Tambun Indah has reached RM2.00. This is consistent with the TP price bandied by RHB research.
And this counter has got other landbanks at strategic area - Penggerang Johor and in Damansara.
Closed at 96sen - looks like it is still uptrend. Tough to trade tho" like I highlighted earlier.
Andre Kua - the PBD is essentially the last prime parcel in Bangsar/Bkt Damansara. Malton has transformed into a premier property developer and with their reputation and marketing reach, it is hard to see them fail in this project.
